Re-Connect Counselling Services
Sometimes we have times in our lives which we find difficult. We feel we have lost our way, we might feel devastated by life's events, or particularly low and not know why. There are many reasons why we might feel disconnected and need to access some extra support, external to family, friends and colleagues. Re-Connect Counselling Services offers this support, it provides time and space to explore what is going on for you, at times in your life when you might need or want it most.
I offer therapeutic counselling to adults and young people. My aim is to provide a safe, respectful space where you feel listened to and heard, giving you time to explore your thoughts and feelings. Sessions are individually tailored using techniques that best suit your needs in reconnecting and reaching your goals. The work we will do together will be at your own pace and in a way that works for you. I will listen, support, suggest and guide our way of working whilst staying committed to helping you find your own way at a time when you might be feeling disconnected, lost and unsure. I offer a safe and confidential space that will support and challenge you in reconnecting with yourself and others.
